FAQ'S


    • What are the postal options?

 

We use both Royal Mail services and UPS. These include, 1st class, 2nd class & special delivery. For international shipping, UPS is the main type of shipping used.

 

      • How do i track my order?

 

All domestic deliveries are tracked. There are two different options for international shipping, tracked or untracked which is dependant on your location. More information on the rates for different countries can be found here. If you need a tracking number, you can contact us and with the tracking number we supply you with, you can then proceed to the royal mail track and trace website to track it. The royal mail track and trace website can be found here.

 

 

    • How long will my order take to deliver

 

Order delivery times vary and are dependant on which postal service you opted for and the location it is being shipped too. Please check the delivery page for further information on estimated delivery times for different countries and postal options.

 

    • What is the address for returning items?

 

The address for all returns is as follows;

    • When do exchanges/refunds get processed?

 

All exchanges/refunds are usually processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned items.

 

    • How will you refund me?

 

Refunds will be made payable the same way as the purchase. If you paid via paypal then you will be refunded via paypal.

 

    • Its been over the estimated delivery time, what is the next step?

 

If you have still not received your order after the estimated delivery time for your specific delivery option then it is worth checking your local delivery depot. Some cases items are returned to the depot when they were unable to be delivered for certain reasons such as address is slightly wrong etc. 

Once you have checked the tracking of the order, if applicable and also checked the delivery depot to no avail then please send us a message explaining the situation and we can proceed to further actions.

 

    • Is there a discount for multiple purchases in the same order?

 

We offer discounts for purchases made over 50 in quantity of the same item. We also offer a discount in postage & package of multiple items so that you don't have to pay postage & package for each individual item.
